Sand Preparation

The casting grades made by the means of the press get ready for casting by being pushed over the line, and the melted raw material is poured into the casting grades through casting crucibles. It is chilled off for a while, and after the realization of chilling, it is taken to the shakeout machine again through the line to shake out the casting. With the help of the robot, the shakeout process is performed and the semi-finished casting is revealed and loaded into the sandblasting machines for cleaning again. The sands and burrs poured from the castings are separated with the help of a magnetic separator, and the remaining sand is sent back to the silos and the process is completed.
